Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with a cool movie option, which was a great way to entertain kids. However, the decor seemed a bit outdated. Being located right above a Tesco convenience store was convenient. The hotel's proximity to music was enjoyable, but the overall experience was somewhat diminished by the noise.
The hotel rooms were lovely and seemed to have been recently decorated, very comfortable and spacious, very clean with all the facilities we could want. However, it was very hot with no way to adjust heating and not looked after properly, feeling very dated now.
The hotel rooms could do with an update, but they were very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking around the city and over the Peace bridge, although not suitable for relaxation due to live and loud music. The service maintained a high standard overall, with warm and friendly staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes not meeting expectations. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent location that offered easy access to the city center and North Coast.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space, although lacking air conditioning which may not be a big issue in Irish weather. The nighttime warmth could be a concern. The service was a mix of professional and not so friendly encounters, with some staff being less customer-oriented. The location is superb for city exploration and access to bars and restaurants, but parking might be a challenge. The dining experience ranged from great with a good selection to poor with limited options and tasteless choices. Overall, the location and room comfort stood out positively against service and dining issues.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a breath-taking view over the river, although a bit dimly lit. The service was top-notch, with all staff members being so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The location was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, although a bit crowded at times. The dining experience was slightly disappointing with small plates, but the juicy steaks made up for it. Overall, great value for money!
